As the final phase of the comprehensive Stouffer Commons revitalization, a new performance space was created in the site of a former bowling alley. CDA&I designed practice rooms for dance, band, choir, and theater; a multi-purpose room for cabaret performances; offices; and a student lounge with cyber café. The renovated spaces carry a similar warm, contemporary aesthetic as redesigned interiors in the rest of the building.

Renovation of a 1,300 square foot office for a construction company in a historic Center City high-rise was designed to reflect the straightforward, honest values and craftsmanship in materials and methods on which the client’s business was established. Clean lines, careful detailing, and warm touches throughout an open plan included carpet tiles with directional patterns to emphasize height, semi-opaque blinds to filter natural light, natural cork flooring, butcher-block desktops, and built-in cubbies for organization.
